Site Manager
Select are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join our busy team based in Silvertown, London.
The ideal candidate must have over 10 years Dry Lining and over 5 years Managerial experience and have a SMSTS qualification.
Key Requirements;

Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in completing projects to tight time scales and deadlines.

Previous experience as a Manager with a specialist contractor or Main Contractor.

Ability to manage large packages of 1 million+.

Good client facing and management skills, adept at delegating and planning ahead.

Be used to operating in a disciplined, professional way using the company's specific Management Systems.

Be able to demonstrate that you can meet programme dates.

Be IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

Have a sound technical knowledge of dry lining materials and systems.

Quantity Surveyor
Select are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join our office based team in Harlow.
The ideal candidates must have at least 3 years hands on surveying experience in the Dry Lining market. This appointment will give you the opportunity to develop your already proven abilities in the Dry Lining sector of which you are to have a strong working knowledge.
Key Requirements;

Must be computer literate with sound mathematical, communication and presentation skills.

Experience of working as a quantity surveyor and be competent in undertaking all aspects of the role.

Ability to price large packages of 1 million+.

The ability to negotiate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors is a prerequisite.

Have a sound technical knowledge of dry lining materials and systems.
